Mood music for those times when you just want to just sink into glorious bleakness. This album is at its best when the pace is just a tad peppier, as in the first track; I think it sustains the melodic tension far better than the more sedate tracks. That said, the whole thing is great, especially at low volumes where the tone is clear and the uglier bits don't tear so hard at you. (Of course, at high volume this all becomes pretty fucking devastating. In a good way.)
